Terms of Use

These terms apply to the PlainDeck app, API, and assistant connections. By using PlainDeck, you agree to these terms. Contact: nvpz1598@gmail.com.

Your account and content

Use an account you are entitled to access and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You retain ownership of the content you add. You permit us to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate your library and the connections you authorize. You are responsible for checking factual accuracy, including cards created with an AI assistant.

Do not upload unlawful material, infringe others’ rights, impersonate another person, access another account, or disrupt the service. Do not use PlainDeck to store secrets or information you cannot lawfully share with the services you choose to connect.

Learning and assistant connections

PlainDeck provides flashcard organization and review tools; it does not guarantee learning outcomes or the accuracy of user-generated material. ChatGPT and Claude are independent services with their own accounts, terms, and fees. Connections act on your authorization and can read or change your library within the displayed scope.

Free access and optional purchases

Spaced review and assistant connections are available without a Pro subscription. Where Pro is offered, the app displays the store’s localized price, billing period, and features before purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the store; a lifetime purchase has no renewal and covers the lifetime of the PlainDeck service. Third-party assistant fees are excluded. Availability and limits may change, and the app describes the applicable plan.

The store processing the purchase controls billing, cancellation, and refund requests, subject to your statutory rights. Cancel renewal in your store account settings. Deleting PlainDeck or your account does not cancel a subscription. When paid access expires, existing content remains readable, editable, and reviewable; applicable creation limits may apply.

Account deletion and service availability

You can delete your account in Settings or request deletion through our web page. Account deletion removes the active library and revokes assistant access; see the Privacy Policy for provider records and backup retention.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including for security or misuse. We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Updates and support

We may update these terms and show the revised effective date here. For questions, purchase support, or account requests, use Contact Support. Apple’s standard licensed application agreement also applies where provided by the App Store.
