Tell us what happened, your device/platform, and the app version if you know it. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or private learning content.

Account and data requests

Delete your account directly in Settings → Delete account, or use our deletion request instructions if you cannot sign in. We verify ownership before deleting data.

Subscriptions

Manage cancellation and renewal in the store where you purchased. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by that store.
